The Charities
Our two charities for Spirit Week 2011 are
Arizona's Children's Charities and the Mac Foundation.
Both charities are non-profit organizations.
The funds we raise will directly benefit Pendleton Place, Phillis Wheatley Center,
Cesa Boys and Girls Program, and Greenville Family Partnership.

Arizona Children's Charities
In its 12th year, The Arizona Open will continue its tradition of not only protecting children who cannot protect themselves through Pendleton Place Children’s Shelter, but also will now reach out to other non-profit organizations/foundations, including the Phillis Wheatley Center and The MAC Foundation, making a significant impact in the lives of children.
Mac Foundation
The mission statement of the Mac Foundation is to create opportunities for children and young adults to be influenced through sports, the arts and extra curricular activities—keeping their minds and bodies focused on positive alternatives to the temptations of life. In addition, the Mac Foundation would like to implement a free counseling service to empower them to cope with tragic events including but not limited to, death, divorce and child abandonment.
